Viva Sheila and her foal have arrived safely in Kentucky at the magnificent Gainsborough Farm!! They had a great trip and travelled well.
This afternoon at Edition Farm Viva Sheila and her filly will be heading to Kentucky. They are going to Gainesborough Farm as Viva Sheila will be bred to Street Sense. Detailed monitoring has taken place to ensure they are both ready for the trip. We wish them a safe journey but, will miss seeing them at Edition Farm.
For the time being, the cameras will be turned off. We will keep Foal Patrol updated with occasional blogs and photos until their return to New York. Please keep checking in for updates! Watch them getting onto the trailer for their trip.
Viva Sheila and her filly are healthy, strong and preparing to travel to Kentucky in a few days. Viva Sheila is going to Gainesborough Farm to be bred to Street Sense and will be back in NY before 90 days after last cover. We will share more information soon!
