Starr Bear

Starr Bear and her foal are back in Florida. The filly is three months old as of June 18. Mare and Foal are both doing great. The First Dude filly is a very well balanced, good size baby. They come in 5 days a week for 2 hours every morning and get feed inside. They spend the rest of their time out in a field with a handful of other mares and foals. Both Starr Bear and her filly get worked with grooming and picking their feet through out the week.

Starr Bear received her 15 day check last Friday and is in Foal to Exaggerator.

Starr Bear19 has enjoyed a nice summer at Double Diamond Farm and looks strong as she prepares to move to the yearling division next week.

Just one month ago, we were all relieved when Starr Bear delivered her First Dude filly. Today, we celebrate Starr Bear19 turning one month old. Both mare and filly are great and enjoying the paddocks at Gunston Hall in Kentucky.
