We are happy to announce Memento d'Oro, Old Tavern Farm's Foal Patrol Season 1 featured mare, delivered a colt by Kantharos on the morning of Thursday, May 5th. As much as the Old Tavern team hoped Memento's foaling on Floripa's due date might light a fire under Floripa to foal, Floripa doesn't seem in any hurry to deliver.
Old Tavern’s featured Foal Patrol Season 1 mare has produced three winners to date, including her 2018 Foal Patrol featured Bodemeister filly, Seahorse d’Oro, and her 2019 Into Mischief filly, Salsa a Parte. Memento d’Oro foaled a Speightstown filly last May and is in foal to Kantharos with a due date this May. She is booked to Practical Joke this season. We wish her the best with her upcoming foaling!
